New Directions is committed to an individualized, family-based recovery process. We believe in our treatment advantage of having a small therapist-to-client ratio. One of New Directions’ core values is to get our clients back on track with their education, so they are able to re-enter their classrooms, schools – and community – during their early endeavors of recovery. Individuals continue their academics all the while participating in their personal treatment plans. Subjects of focus include Math, English, Science, Family Living, Art, and Physical Education.

We have a continuum of services, from outpatient counseling to residential treatment, that are available at our primary eastside of Cleveland location. Twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. Walk-in assessments are welcome Monday through Friday, between the hours of 10:00am and 2:00pm.
