Joe found recovery and a new, sober life at New Directions
There have been many powerful stories told by former and current clients of New Directions, parents of our residents, and staff who work with these clients every day. The above video is one of those stories. “Joe” describes what initially led him to receiving treatment at New Directions, the struggles he endured in active addiction, and how his life has been drastically changed for the better.
We want to thank the United Way of Greater Cleveland for their generous funding that makes treating people like Joe possible. As they stated in the video, more than 90 Americans die every day after overdosing on opioids. Through funding from generous people and organizations like the United Way, as well as our customized treatment program, we help people struggling with addiction and mental illness find recovery and give them the ability to live a new, sober life full of hope.
If you or anyone you know struggles with addiction or mental illness, please reach out right away at (216) 591-0324 or intake@newdirect.org. Walk-in appointments are also available at New Directions on weekdays between 10am–2pm. Our address is:
